Jack came highly recommended having starred for Halton District Youth team. He was a very promising youngester but drifted out of football in order to concentrate on his studies but is now keen to resurrect his career.
He signed for Runcorn Town on 4th February 2009 and made a promising debut the following Saturday in the 2-2 draw at home to Richmond Raith Rovers Jacobs when he came off the bench at half time. He impressed with his direct running and quick footwork a broken foot curtailed his promising start and he didn't make his first full start until April 2009 at Blacon Youth Club Reserves.
Jack can play on the right side of midfield or as a striker and as with a full pre-season campaign under his belt this year, we are sure he will be a very good addition to the club. Scored his first goal for the club against Hale in September 2009.
