Mark signed from Liverpool Premier League side Birchfield AFC at the start of the 2008/09 season, making his debut off the bench at Marine Reserves. Has gone on to play over 60 games for Town by the start of the 2010/11 season.

A quick and composed player, he soon established himself in the starting eleven with some solid displays. He is pretty versatile having played left and right back and can also play on either wing.

Scored his first goal for the team in a 9-1 victory over Waterloo Wanderers in the Runcorn Cup in November 2008.
