Ian is one of the clubs' longest serving players having signed in the February of the 2006/07 season. He made his debut at home to Willaston where he also scored his first goal.

He is an attacking midfielder who loves to get forward and had a good goalscoring record for the club in his first few seasons.

Injuries have hampered his chances a lot though over the last couple of seasons, but when he is fit he is a real asset to the team.
