1ST TEAM GAME ON

Runcorn Town's pitch was declared in perfect order for todays top North West Counties Premiership game with Glossop.

The torrential rain that has battered the country over the last couple of days have already taken their toll on football some Runcorn Town games already called off.

Our Reserves' Cheshire League match at Maine Road Reserves is off due to a waterlogged pitch, whilst our Under 15's game at Beechside is off after the South Liverpool League called off their games.

Also off are all games in the Halton & Junior District League on council pitches, meaning that our Under 9's and Under 13's will be without a game.

The Youth Team have a pitch inspection in the morning for their West Cheshire Youth League game at home to South Liverpool.

Finally onto the First Team. The Pavilions pitch is in superb condition and the North West Counties League game at home to Glossop North End will go ahead as planned.
