ANOTHER AWAY DAY IN THE VASE

Runcorn Town will travel up to the North East in the Fourth Round of the FA Vase following the draw which was announced at lunchtime today.

Billingham Sythonia, who beat fellow Northern League side Consett 4-0 in the Third Round, are the opponents. Billingham sit in 13th place in their league table having won 8 and drawn 2 of their 19 games.

The tie will be played on Saturday 21st January 2011, with a 3.00pm kick off.

Norton United, the other remaining North West Counties League side in the competition, face Peterborough Northern Star should they overcome Holbrook United in their replay.

In other ties, holders Whitley Bay face Combined Counties League side South Park at home, whilst Dunston UTS, who knocked Town out last season, travel to Eastern Counties League side Wisbech Town.

Spare a thought for West Auckland Town, who face a 550 mile round trip to Bristol to face Bitton AFC.
