PRE-SEASON FINALISED

Pre-Season matches for both the Runcorn Town First Team and Reserves have now been finalised.

The First Team will start with an away trip to West Cheshire League One side Marshalls on Tuesday 12th July 2011, before both teams play home games against Holyhead Hotspur on Saturday 16th July. The Reserves will play at 12.30pm with the First Teams playing at 3.00pm.

The midweek then sees the First Team at home to North West Counties League newcomers Northwich Villa on Tuesday 19th with the Reserves hosting Liverpool Premier League Division Three Champions Liverpool North the following evening.

Saturday 23rd sees the First Team on the road as they visit North West Counties League Division One side Chadderton, with the Reserves at home to Cheshire League One side Billinge on the same day.

The highlight of pre-season comes on Wednesday 27th with FA Premier League side Wigan Athletic sending a team to Pavilions, with the Reserves travelling to Cheshire League One Champions Pilkington the night before.

A "foreign" trip awaits the First Team on Saturday 30th as they travel to Cymru Alliance Champions Gap Connahs Quay, with the Reserves at home to West Cheshire League Two side Mallaby on the same day.

The following midweek sees the First Team without a game as they build up to the start of the season, with the Reserves making the shortest trip of the season when they face Warrington Premier League side Runcorn Albion.

Saturday 6th August sees the start of the North West Counties League season with a home game against Padiham, with the Reserves' final pre-season game on the same day as they travel to West Cheshire League One side Vauxhall Motors Reserves.

The Reserves' season starts the following week on Saturday 13th August.
