FIRST TEAM PROGRESS TO PYKE CUP QUARTER-FINALS

Last Saturday's 2 - 1 win at Newton, with goals from Ryan Wade and Will Dolan, has earned Town a home quarter-final draw against either Marine Reserves or Cammell Laird Reserves - the tie to take place on Saturday 17th November with a kick-off time scheduled for 1.30 pm

This Saturday sees Town travelling to bottom-placed Vauxhall Motors Reserves for a Division 1 fixture, with kick-off scheduled for 3.00 pm

Meanwhile another fine away win, this time by SEVEN goals to one, has put Town Reserves in top spot in Division 3. They will need to maintain their run of excellent performances however, this coming weekend, when they travel to Richmond Raith Rovers for a Division 3 clash. "Rovers" are a handily placed 6th in Division 3, and will be confident following their fine 4 - 1 victory at Town on 20th August.
