TOWN PROGRESS INTO SEMIS

Runcorn Town progressed into the Semi Finals of the Cheshire League's Division Two Cup after a 4-1 victory at home to Malpas in the Quarter Finals.

Dave Roberts hit his first hat-trick for Town in his first appearance for almost three months, with Mike Chesters scoring Town's other goal from the penalty spot.

Town will be away in the Semi Finals at either Whitchurch Alport or Maine Road Reserves who play each other on Saturday.
