TOWN BACK TO WINNING WAYS
Runcorn Town put last weekends first away loss of the season behind them as they moved up to fifth in Vodkat League Division One with a 3-1 win at Daisy Hill.

James McShane went close to opening the scoring after 20 minutes with a shot that goalkeeper Scott Moore tipped onto the bar, but Macca made no mistake 11 minutes later when he ran onto Kyle Hamid's excellent through ball to round the keeper and score.

The closest Daisy Hill came was a 20-yard effort from Simon Farrell that Dave Parkinson did well to save with his legs, but Parko was left helpless with the home side's equaliser after 62 minutes when Martin Hastings 25-yard effort flew into the top left hand corner.

The goal seemed to spark a bit of life into Town with Martin Molyneux scoring his seventh goal of the season with a powerful header from Hamid's right wing corner.

The third goal came just four minutes after this when Darren Kinsey powered into the box and struck the post with a shot, with McShane following up to make it 13 goals from 13 games this season.
