TOWN HIT ROCHDALE FOR SIX
Runcorn Town returned to winning ways in the Vodkat League after dropping points in their last two games, but didnt have it all their own way with Rochdale netting three times in a 6-3 win for Town.

A Marvin Molyneux double inside the opening 25 minutes gave Town a 2-0 lead with both goals coming from distance, with Jason Carey increasing the lead further just before half time when slotting past the keeper - the fifth match in succession Carey has netted.

Just after the break Emini Adegbenro found the net with his sixth of the season to make it 4-0, before Rochdale made a mini comeback with two goals in a minute from Kristian Evans and Matty Russell.

Back came Town with Jason Carey grabbing his second of the game on the hour mark, his eighth of the season for the first team, and despite Abu Umar pulling another back, Kyle Hamid sealed the win in the last minute with a trademark free kick that found the corner of the net.
