TOWN HELD TO DRAW AT IRLAM

Runcorn Town dropped their first Vodkat League points of the season after a 1-1 draw at Irlam.

The result on the day, along with other results elsewhere, saw the home side move to the top of the league with Town moving up to second place.

Irlam took the lead against the run of play in the 38th minute through Jonathan Maloney, with Town equalising 12 minutes from time through substitute Jason Carey's third Vodkat League goal in two games.
