GRAPPENHALL COMEBACK TO BEAT TOWN

Runcorn Town Reserves suffered their second successive home defeat in the Cheshire League with Grappenhall coming from behind to move up to second in the league.

Ged Bushell put Town ahead after just three minutes with Grappenhall levelling four minutes later.

The visitors went ahead for the first time at the start of the second half with Bushell grabbing his and Town's second two minutes later to equalise.

Grappenhall went back ahead after 65 minutes with Jack Burbidge equalising for the second time for Town after 69 minutes.

Two late goals from Grappenhall gave the visitors all threw points.
