HORROR START LEADS TO RESERVES LOSS A shocking start by Runcorn Town Reserves led to their first defeat of the season with Whitchurch Alport returning to Shropshire with all three points after a 2-1 win.Town were behind after just 19 seconds despite Town kicking off, fell further behind on six minutes and finishing the game with injuries to David Graven & Robbie Gorry. The only consolation on a very disappointing day was the move which saw Ged Bushell open his season account following great work from Scott Swales and Richie Hargreaves. This was three points lost and a lacklustre performance, with Town never really recovering from the horror start.
