TOWN BEAT ASHVILLE IN FIRST FRIENDLY

Runcorn Town's first pre-season game ended in victory after a hard fought 3-1 victory over Ashville on Vauxhall Motors' synthetic pitch.

James McShane, Jason Carey and Tyson Eyo were on target for Town, with the game proving a good workout after a two month summer break.

Training resumes on Tuesday & Thursday 6:45 meet for a 7 o'clock start at Pavilions, with the next pre-season game being next Saturday when Town face two games at Holyhead Hotspur. The coach leaves Pavilions at 8.30am.
