RESERVE GAME OFF

Runcorn Town Reserves first game of 2010 ended the same way as their last of 2009 with the game called off due to the weather.

With overnight frost, the game was doubtful first thing this morning but the pitch began to recover quickly and the club were hopeful that the game would be on.

However a heavy downpour around lunchtime meant that the ground actually became waterlogged, with the game called off about 12.30pm.
