TUESDAY GAME OFF, WEDNESDAY LOOKS ON!

Tonights friendly match between Cheshire Youth and Runcorn Town Reserves has been called off due to the state of the pitch.

However the Pyke Cup game against Halton at Pavilions tomorrow night looks likely to go ahead, K.O. 7-30pm.

Pavilions installed a new drainage system in the small problem area, with the addition of 2 tonne of sand and many pairs of helping hands, the pitch is looking ten times better than it has done in recent weeks.

Pavilions have also arranged for the pitch to be rolled and slit to aerate the entire playing surface, which should improve things considerably.

Runcorn Town would like to thank everyone who has helped in getting the pitch hopefully playable for tomorrow's game.
