TOWN TRIO CALLED UP BY WEST CHESHIRE Runcorn Town have had three players called up to the West Cheshire League Representative Squad who will face Unibond First Division North leaders Colwyn Bay next Wednesday evening (28th October).Goalkeeper Karl Wills, right winger Emini Adegbenro and left winger Warren Bellew are the three players called up for the game, which will be held at Ashville FC, kick off 7.30pm. The game has been arranged despite the fact that West Cheshire League lost in the West Cheshire lost in the First Round of the National League Systems Cup against Humber Premier League last month. Humber are alleged to have fielded a contract player in that game which is against competition rules, and West Cheshire could be reinstated should Humber be removed from the competition. If they are reinstated, West Cheshire will face the Lancashire Amateur League at Padiham FC on Saturday 12th December 2009.
