MARSHALLS WIN KEY GAME
Runcorn Town Reserves' put their good season in jeopardy with their second loss in three days as they went down 3-0 at promotion rivals Marshalls.

Town were poor throughout, with the best chance of the game coming after just 17 seconds when Ged Bushell raced clear of the defence onto Connor Anderson's through ball and hit the post with his shot.

Worryingly Marshalls' three goals all came from headers, the first after 23 minutes from a long throw on the right. The second came in the 54th minute from a corner on the right, and the last with six minutes remaining from a cross from the left.
