TOWN HELD AND SLIP TO SECOND
Runcorn Town were held to a disappointing 1-1 draw at home to Heswall, with the result seeing Town slip to second place in the league table after West Kirby beat Halton 5-0.

Simon Burton gave Town the lead after just seven minutes with a delightful curling shot with Heswall equalising after 25 minutes with Town's defence guilty of not clearing their lines.
