PENSBY REGAIN LEADERSHIP FROM TOWN
Despite putting in one of their best performances of the season, Runcorn Town Reserves lost out in the top of the table clash with FC Pensby with the home side running out 3-1 winners.

Pensby took the lead in fortuitous circumstances after 24 minutes with Karl Wills' clearance hitting Dave Graven on the back and rebounding into the net. The home side made it two after 35 minutes with Andrew Clarke tapping in Owen Davies' cross despite being in an offside position.

Town deservedly halved the deficit on 54 minutes when Robbie Davies did well on the right and crossed, with Aarron Brown flicking it and Danny Cummins pouncing at the back post.

Pensby killed off the game in the 77th minute through Davies, who scored off the right hand post at the second attempt after his first effort was blocked.
