The West Cheshire League have today confirmed the Runcorn Town 1st team League fixture away at Heswall, scheduled for 3.00 pm on Saturday 25th October. Heswall were originally scheduled to play Castrol Social in the 2nd round of the Cheshire Amateur Cup, after a 3-2 first round victory over New Brighton, but following a successful appeal by the latter Heswall have been removed from the competition. Town, of course, bowed out to West Kirby at the 1st round stage.
