RESERVES IN SUPERB WIN OVER MANOR

Runcorn Town Reserves pulled off an excellent victory over second placed Manor Athletic with Ged Bushell netting the only goal of the game in the second half.

Manor, who started the day second in the league, were thwarted throughout by a well organised and hard working Town. Chris Dennett was in great form on the right with Jeff Enamu voted Man-of-the-Match in a solid back four.

The only goal of the game came after 62 minutes when Connor Taylor shot from an acute angle with the goalkeeper - who had played well up to then - spilling the ball to Bushell who scored from close range.
