RESERVES SET FOR TOUGH MONTH

Runcorn Town Reserves will face a tough October with fixtures against two of the sides just below them in the table and a rescheduled game in the West Cheshire Shield.

Town open the month as they begin their defence of the West Cheshire Shield in a game that was postponed at the start of September. Ashville Reserves will be the venue on Saturday 4th October, with kick off at 2.30pm.

On Saturday 11th they face a tricky trip to Upton Athletic Association who currently lie fourth in the league (3.00pm), with a home tie against Blacon Youth Club Reserves on the 18th October, with Blacon currently holding up the table (3.00pm).

The month ends with a home tie against FC Pensby who currently lie second in the league (3.00pm).
