GREGORIANS COMEBACK AGAINST TOWN

Runcorn Town opened up their pre-season campaign on Thursday with a 3-3 draw against Manchester Premier League runners-up Gregorians AFC at the superb Platt Lane facility in Manchester.

Despite falling behind, two goals from Simon Burton and one from Mike Boyle gave Town a 3-1 half time lead, with two late Gregorians efforts giving the home side a share of the spoils.
