FINAL MONTHS FIXTURES REVEALED
Runcorn Town's final seven league games for April have been announced as the team launch their final assault for the West Cheshire League title.

Town start the month with a huge home game on Saturday 5th against Cammell Laird Reserves (3.00pm) before embarking on four successive away games that will make or break the season. A midweek trip to Poulton Vics on Wednesday 9th (7.30pm) is followed by a game at Upton Athletic Association on Saturday 12th (3.00pm) and New Brighton on Wednesday 16th (6.15pm).

The biggest date of the month comes on Saturday 19th April when we visit current league leaders and defending champions West Kirby, with this being the Wirral outfit's last game of the season. However this game is likely to change as Town will be in the Runcorn FA Saturday Cup Final on Friday 18th April against Helsby under the floodlights at Pavilions (kick off 6.45pm).

Town will still have two more to play after that with the first at home to Poulton Vics on Wednesday 23rd (6.30pm). The final game of the season is at Newton on Saturday 26th (3.00pm).

Meanwhile the reserves also have a tough run in with five games of their own as they push on for one of the two promotion spots. Bizarrely given an open date on Saturday 5th, third placed Town start the month with a mouth watering clash at second placed Mossley Hill Athletic on Monday 7th (6.15pm).

The rest of the month sees Town finish the league season with four home games against Mersey Royal on Saturday 10th (3.00pm), Blacon Youth Club Reserves on Monday 14th (6.30pm), Shaftesbury on Saturday 19th (3.00pm) and Fairfield Athletic Reserves on Saturday 26th (3.00pm).

Town Reserves' final game of the season is then the West Cheshire Shield Final against Richmond Raith Rovers on Monday 28th April. Kick off is 7.00pm with the venue yet to be decided.
